[+] The reception staff are very kind two ladies forgot there name very lovely
[-] No restaurant after 10 pm[+] I liked the kindness of the staff and all services delivered by them.
[-] The types of food were not good for me because I am not used to them.[+] Very nice we enjoyed our stay the staff is very welcoming and helpful our receptionist Adil was amazing he had amazing hospitality and was so good with everyone! The pool was so beautiful and the slides were enjoyable they have many pools and slides and kiddie pools they also have aerobics class at the pool and many other activities i would recommend this hotel especially for families with children
[-] The pool area is very slippery definitely being some swim shoes or non slip shoes[+] Very good location. A quiet location. Good breakfast and dinner.
[-] I have no comments.[+] Close to centre. Lovely staff. Clean, basic but comfortable. Swimming pool. Well organized. Very helpful and friendly staff. Service first class.
[-] No wine with an evening meal. Toilet with wobbly flush.[+] Great place and value for money. Easy to walk to centre and the hotel staff were really helpful. I’d go back to the same hotel.

[-] None[+] Location is excellent. Facilities are amazing. Staff were very friendly and supportive in any questions and request.
[+] We liked everything during our stay at the Grand Savoy! First and foremost, the staff is fantastic, from the lobby team and management to all the waiters but also the cleaning team. So much kindness and professionalism! There are 4 comfortable restaurants/bars within this hotel and we’ve been positively surprised by the quality of the food (room service menu included). One large indoor heated pool was a pleasant surprise. The two outdoor pools were not heated (25/3) but well designed/equipped to welcome all guests. The location is perfect with everything you need by walking distance. We can only recommend this hotel!
