[+] Location is perfect for families as only 10 min car drive from the airport or from the Jemma al Fena and Suke market. Breakfast and service was really good. Had Outdoor pools (hot weather) and indoor heated pools for kids and adults to spend time in cold weather.
[-] Room allocated to us had air conditioner and noise issue which was ignored for first two nights. After repeated complains customer support (Chima) look into the issue and stepped in to upgrade us to the premium suite. However, we had air-conditioner issue with the new room as well. Although it was rectified on the same day but for a 5* hotel one would expect minimum room standard.[+] After reading the reviews on the property saying it was a bit outdated we was a bit nervous but I feel like the reviews are wrong and it’s an amazing hotel to stay at very modern. Although the prices around the pool for food and drinks was rather expensive
[+] Lovely comfy beds and quiet air con. Pool is big with lots of loungers and no fighting for space.
The drinks and food round the pool were really expensive compared to outside. I could get a Coke for 25 on a rooftop overlooking the medina but at the hotel it was 65. The buffet was 400 but as it was outside got cold quickly.[+] Very good location. A quiet location. Good breakfast and dinner.
[-] I have no comments.[+] Close to centre. Lovely staff. Clean, basic but comfortable. Swimming pool. Well organized. Very helpful and friendly staff. Service first class.
[-] No wine with an evening meal. Toilet with wobbly flush.[+] Great place and value for money. Easy to walk to centre and the hotel staff were really helpful. I’d go back to the same hotel.
[+] It has a large swimming pool, cleaners are helpful in Maintaining the room. Staff are friendly and helpful.
[+] Manger Mr Mahdi & Miss fatema boths was so helpful and breakfast good aswell
All staff was excellent
[-] £130 charge including city charge par night even no have kettle in the room and no water in the room
Bathroom shower broken[+] I can only recomend this hotel if you like a big outdoor pools and a lot of save space.
The personel is very helpfull. Specially Zakia was offered me a very nice room. with swimming pool view.
Hotel is maybe not in perfect location but free shuttle bus solve the transportation question.
I will come foru sure next time.
